Just having a look over the prospectus...
A question that needs to be asked is
"did they really need this cash?"
Given the amount of cash they had prior to this - some $6.6m, I am actually surprised that they have done this now.
Excellent work to have offered it to the public, however. Well done Mr Ashton.
