You seem to be making a serious allegation of fraudulent intent. I'm not a lawyer and I don't know much about commercial law, but in the criminal jurisdiction at least, everything hinges on intent.
The criminal law can be extremely forgiving of unintentional error. But under exactly the same circumstances, if intent can be proved, then it is an altogether different matter.
Thus, if intent on the part of the Board of Polartechnics to defraud its shareholders can be proven, then surely it must be answerable on some level.
And, if that is the case, what are we, who lost our shareholdings to the fraudulent behaviour of the Board we trusted, going to do about it? Lie down and meekly let them walk all over us?
