The question is (if you are waiting for ex div to enter) - whether TLS would maintain the SP around $3.00 over the next few days and then fall 14-16 cents when it goes ex.div.
If it does happen then 3-0.14 and probably another 0.05 a day or two after that gives us an entry point at around $2.80.
Go for a div. or wait for $2.80?
