Do the upcoming changes to the UCMJ allow civilians to be tried in Military Courts?
If yes, how can that be anything but a Junta overriding the Constitutional Republic?
I have yet to see any details of the position description put forward by the Military that led to a choice of Mr Trump as their best candidate (?).
It is true though that Mr Trump does have some knowledge of the legal system.
