    It's not surprising .
    The fundamental ambitions and plans of MPO have been given secure tenure now . All ambiguity regarding exercise of options rather than just trading the options has evaporated . The money will be in the bank .
    With Baillieus and Wilsons involved, I'd suggest a report will be done on MPO sometime .

    Any hypothesis regarding the China announcement being held off till closer to option exercise are no longer relevent .
