In my view, VRC has significant resources. However, at this stage it may be down but certainly not out.
Things will get better with new announcement.
What makes me nervous is the amount of issued shares. None of the trading day goes by when less than 3 to 4 million shares are traded. This shows investors are sitting on the sideline to buy shares to bring down their losses.
So, from investment view point, wait for new and significant announcement before VRC moves up.
