expenditure this qtr was pegged at $1.38m in the last Qtly that takes you down to $1.5m.
perhaps they expensed the entire mongolian potash drill costs in this qtr as stated above or ...
in any case once they get to the $1m-$1.5m figure they will be looking to raise cash. Which is why they added the coal project now - gives them something to sell to the punters when raising cash.
after all they have to be sure there is enough in the kitty to pay there wages.
