Interesting read eieio, but still doesn't convince me that cougar won't have a play in it. Queensland government has commissioned CXY, CNX & LNC to report back on their respective progress NLT EOY 2011. I haven't read anywhere of a contract being signed between qld gov & GE??? To me this means cougar are just as much in the race for Wondan as GE are.
