Not sure if you saw my post, BUT.... I emailed Tony a few weeks ago about this (in the days following the PFS) announcement and he said that they were pushing for the deal to be done by late July. Doesn't necessarily mean that it will get done by then, but it at least gives you a ball park. I posted it along with a number of other questions I asked Tony at that time.
