Am inclined to agree with Buddy, we should temper our expectations for what may occur on the 30 day "best endeavours" deadline, next Tuesday. Let's just say hypothetically that there is a JTC negotiating team in town busily negotiating. Probably a mix of technical and financial experts, very experienced but unlikely to have "sign off" authority for a deal of that size. No, they will return home, write a report with recommendations and present it to a board meeting for final approval.
In the meantime, all we should realistically expect from Pluton could be an announcement saying negotiations have concluded with decisions/recommendations awaiting ratification by JTC tribal elders!
