    Strange that investor relations should say that, when the article says explicitly that Roc oil(Bohai) a wholly owned subsidiary of Roc Oil has been awarded the contract, and that Ron Morris (our General Manager Beibu ) who joined the board in 2008 is President of Roc Oil (Bohai).

    The plot thickens it would appear!
    Might be interesting how this story runs.
