No MM, as Turbo has said, there will be no dual listing so there are 10 trading days remaining on the ASX for you to take final positions (in or out) before CS then makes the offer for your shares. The cost and complexity of dual listing is way too high and the company has long been positioning itself for a complete transfer to the US market. Some of us may feel a little miffed but the local market is bereft of interest in most high tech companies and the pattern is usually a one-way trip out of here if they are able to. Also confirmed that the tax on profit from sale of NASDAQ shares is paid entirely here as with all other local shares. There will also be no cost associated with transferring your holdings (ie no tax payable until finally sold) other than arranging a different internet (or other) broker if necessary.
