i have seen no sensible (non collusional) reasons why it shouldn't

the market has given the likeyhood, the thumbs down.
wonder if there would be any undisclosed shorting today?
why would anyone short at these levels?
for good reason.

personally i think there is a few people that think this is a great joke.
