Fully agree GC_Trekker and travels. I have made these points during my call too. Incentives for management are fine, but in Lynas's current situation shareholders are fully entitled to expect RESULTS, and at least some trend of share price increase, before adding to the ongoing governance costs to be borne by shareholders, IMHO. While supporting the current CEO, I've voted accordingly.
