I also seem to recall Stocko calling Oil, Oil, Oil on Courbine, and in fact every well HDR has sunk. I'm led to conclude that his first call was simply a lucky guess and he's been riding the euphoria of being mistaken as a savant ever since.

My take on the price action today, with WPL and ROC falling, is that there is some corporate - rather than drilling - action taking precedence here. Maybe that much talked about takeover is in the wind?

But I admit to knowing nothing!
