Did you go to the AGM?

Did anyone go to the AGM? If so, could you please let me know (and others may also be interested) how many shareholders were there and what was the mood of the meeting? Did anyone put a blow torch to the directors?
The Chairman's address seemed to me to be same old, same old. On paper at least. And the lady who gave the update on the clinical trial was also giving us the same old, same old info. At least they have come out and said they now have almost 40 out of 90 people signed up for the first stage of the clinical trial. And I had a laugh at the headline that said we were on track to recruit the first 90 people. You will always be on track if you keep pushing the deadline back. Goodness me, they have been trying to sign up people since December 2019. In 3 years we have signed up 40 participants. The interim results will not be available until at least June next year in my opinion. And then of course they will need an additional 110 participants for the second stage trial. Given we spend about 800K per quarter we will be looking at another CR by then I think.
Did you cast a vote for the re-election of David Brookes? I certainly did and it was a NO, for what it was worth for my little holding. But I feel I at least lodged a protest vote. I cannot believe he received 85% yes votes from those that were cast. This gentleman has been a major part of the management team who has driven this company into the ground and yet he gets a huge vote of confidence from shareholders. Those that cared enough to vote anyways. As they say about all elections, you get what you deserve.
PS. Don't be fooled by my sentiment of "hold". If I could get more than peanuts I would definitely be selling. And unfortunately there isn't a button that says "warning, don't come anywhere near us, not even with a 10 foot barge pole" .
