    Homer, other than being about shares, I don't know what the problem is.

    But any dispute that involves potentially large sums of shares (or money) that can be resolved without resorting to litigation is, in my opinion, worth voting for, especially when those involved are the founding shareholders.

    The company is at a critical stage in its development. A huge prize is within reach. Such disputes are distracting both in terms of management time and focus, they are financially costly and usually generate unwanted (and unwarranted)negative sentiment. The last thing we need now is for such an influential group, (without whom there would be no company), to be at odds with each other. Especially in this market.

    For what it's worth, and I think it's worth a lot, what I want to see is a harmonious company on song moving forward with a common purpose, delivering on its promise and realising every single bit of its massive potential for the benefit of all shareholders.

    On that basis alone, my proxies are in.
