Tidemaster, I believe the ballsup in the founder shareholders deal is that the pre listing deal that they signed off on was different to when the prospectus came out, resolution 12 is to resolve this by putting to bed the time limit of Oct 2014. Probably a good thing to resolve before it gets out of hand.
