Guys I didn`t mean to be disrespectful. I`m sure the inventors are nice blokes and obviously quite clever. Some of you seem to know them so maybe you could find out exactly what the dispute is all about in Res. 12. Please, they are asking us to vote on something very major (up to 10 percent of the company). I have actually rang the Co. and the answer to my question was that there was some kind of ballsup back in 2002, thats it no info at all. For what reason exactly should I vote yes for in Res.12. Can somebody please help?
