"As announced to ASX on 9 July 2012, the Company is conducting a capital raising by way of a partially underwritten renounceable pro rata entitlement offer to Eligible Shareholders of one New Share for every two Shares held at the Record Date, at an offer price of 0.7 cents per New Share.

Each Participating Shareholder will receive one free Attaching Option, exercisable at 1 cent on or before 31 December 2014, for every two New Shares subscribed for (Offer).

Under the Offer, 228,270,227 New Shares and 114,135,113 Attaching Options will be offered.

The Rights Issue is partially underwritten to $1,100,000. If fully subscribed, the Offers will raise up to approximately $1,600,000 before Offer costs."
