It seems to me that the only way to combat this so called IER and get any reasonable outcome or reaction from the market, the so called regulators, SGH (and the Courts if necessary) is for us holders to start a fund to pay for our own IER. Whilst we may be able to identify or claim that there are unfair assumptions, omissions or deficiencies in the IER, I don't think we will get enough traction in the market and attention to our cause without an alternative Independent Expert Report. IMO, we have to show the market a different conclusion that we can rely on and show that we can arrive at a different bottom line in the IER.
