We are small, but we are many. If you check out the NXS 2013 annual report, you will see that around half of the shareholders hold less than about $200 of shares.

I couldn't find a larger "nothing to lose" group if I tried.
50% of votes by number (not shareholding) are still needed for this to pass.

If you feel strongly, your voice is as valid as any others and let Nexus and Seven Group know. Complaining of past injustice however is not a priority. Requesting our Board to re-engage stakeholders for a better deal is.

Many of the major players have painted themselves into corners with this Scheme. No one wants NXS pushed into administration, I doubt Seven do, it would get too messy.

So everyone involved needs to earn there high salaries, grow a pair, and engage for benefit of all.
