    cargo that can't be book for export out of melboune comes to sydney because we have more PAX flights and frighter to China...
    Bal wouldn't let cargo sit in the warehouse because of no room on flights from melbourne...
    They truck it to sydney then it gets bulit onto aircraft pallets then sent...
