even if CIY loses completely the management fees from mortgage fund, etc. (which i myself doubt they will) it is still good value at current levels IMO based on their own projects & JV's.

i am just pissed off that comsec (who i use for margin) won't stump up any cash for me to buy some more (at least they don't expect me to completely sign over my stock though).
