Great post...but a small correction, you said:

"The company says it has been approached by a third party already"

What they said:

"The Company wishes to advise that it is currently negotiating and evaluating various alternative strategies and proposals with and from 3rd parties in relation to maximizing the economic value of its Pilbara Iron Ore Project on behalf of all shareholders.


So, it looks like there's more than one company in the mix. I think the chatter from a couple of weeks ago is confirmed.
