Based on what numerous good judges here have alluded to over the last month or so, the question here is not whether the assets of the company are good or not.

Rather it is one of relative value.

Whatever the outcome, IMO, holders here stand to do well.

The question is whether holders will be happy with the value unlocked from the quick ride or that unlocked from the longer ride.

Whether holders agree with the view put by Magikol that the relative returns (assuming a takeover) will be greater elsewhere (with all the risk that goes in finding a new home for investment dollars) or better here (albeit slower and perhaps safer and the risks better understood).

Not an easy decision, though perhaps Buffett did have some foresight some time back when he suggested that perhaps it was time to search for opportunities that offered the leverage that had gone from this stock as it has risen higher in recent times.

Whether directors should be pushed to exit now versus the decision to push forward and unlock the value in the tenement holdings. A clear decision point that has been reached IMO: if not now, one that will be on us very very shortly.
