I've probably got that timing a bit wrong.

Would need to know VWAP for last three and six months first.

If I read things correctly, we may be looking at one hostile at least?

Initial bid could be expected to be a fair bit below $3 one would expect... though difficult without seeing the numbers first.

Doesn't leave a lot of time from now to get to $3 by year end.

Bid. Not enough acceptances. Raised bid. etc. etc.

Not sure that we will have to worry about a lack of news going forward...(assuming the mail some are giving us is accurate).

What we don't know is whether we are looking at ultimately friendly v hostile, or ultimately only hostile.
