I doubt very very very much that THX would sell at a discount. They arent blind to the value. So that just about rules out anything hostile. Which leaves Matt, Barry etc to give up their stakes which I extremely doubt they would for a discount unless Jumbo uncovers some historical dinosaur bones which the goverment then winds up declaring the whole area a national park?
Now Bungy on the other hand is a different story. He may??? Just kidding, I'm sure he still feels as strongly as the owners themselves do.
So whoever may want the ground will certainly have to be prepared to pay more than what current market value is projecting. $3? hmmmm If Jumbo proves to be Jumbo that figure may wind up higher IMO?? At the end of the day if someone doesnt offer the right price then off to production we march which is still lotsa $$$$$$$$ for us.
