Will be an interesting few months ahead.

First to 19.9, and then the tack taken from there to 50.1.

There is always the option as FM has alluded to on numerous occasions through a takeout of THX and then a split-up of THX assets if the THX board wanted too much for its UMC holding.

But just speculation, and others here will have a far better handle on the possible routes to 50.1 once 19.9 is reached than me.

The question ATM is what price constitutes a "discount". Not an easy question to answer given current market conditions.
