fatsoh is no newcomer to RED - others like beatle, fastbuck and mgm can attest to my longevity

i obviously can't speak on management's behalf, but i'm assuming that they were at the behest of the philippines 'red tape' pace - besides, 5+ years ago the POG made it less attractive to rush into mining the stuff

whichever way one looks at it, that is the past and the green light has finally been delivered and now that we are in the developement stage, i can't fathom people's anxiety
