China's import of copper, copperalloy and semi-finished copper products amounted to 186,136 tons inJuly, according to primary statistics published by the General Administration of Customs Monday.
The July import grew 7.1 percent as compared with June's figure of 173,851 tons.
However, the import in January-July dropped 12 percent on a yearon year basis to 1.51 million tons.
