    Unfortunately, there's no specific diet that's been proven to relieve depression. Still, while certain eating plans or foods may not ease your symptoms or put you instantly in a better mood, a healthy diet may help as part of your overall treatment. Also, according to the Canadian pharmacy, the likelihood of having depression is higher in people with low levels of vitamin D and vitamin B12, especially in people who smoke or don't exercise.
