Approx 75 days on keto.
I need a break.
Mentally this morning my body said that's enough for a while
I walked 5 klm today .
I had bacon,eggs,mushrooms and tomato for breakfast and had a lamb shank and veg for lunch.
nothing to eat after 2pm today
slept from 3pm till 5pm.
Ecxept I have had 3 generous Dimple scotchs for dinner
I would say Ketosis is gone for now.
Currently in bed ,tired and my knees are pain free and relaxed.
I will say that I quite like my painted toe nails and I may keep them painted for a while.....they look rather good imho.
