    Long story short:

    No Alcohol, carbs or sugar
    Lots of steak, salmon, chicken
    Tried to keep at about 4k's a day walking average, many bigger days than that, but some I wouldn't walk if training.
    3 Weights sessions a week.
    Use the nutri bullet to mix coconut water, avocado, strawberry, eggs and whey protein most days for breakfast or lunch.
