my report so far after trying some days now on the water trick
physically impossible to overeat
portion size can be dropped like a rock if desired
still have cravings for certain types of foods or drink - but, quantity wise -
no contest - the water trick wins by a country mile.
What it does for 'weight loss' in the first week on a keto diet would be interesting to measure accurately
also - the weeks after would be interesting to see the 'weight loss' and 'fat loss'
