well, I did get some good news just now (in an otherwise tragic day) --
10 days on strict keto and the water trick ------------ the mirror shows - love handles have gone about 75 or 80% - and, that might be on the conservative side
I find it difficult to believe it's that good a result.
I'll keep going for a full 2 weeks and get 'somewhat' normal for xmas - but, oh boy, something has worked very very well.
the water has taken care of the portion control problem. Cravings are close enough to under control - due to the strictness of the keto at a guess - and, I've put in a couple of regime changes --
I always 'want' something at night - and, I can't do coffee or tea without the amazing affects of diuresis - particularly now on the water -
so, I've tried decaffeinated coffee - one cup - which seems to shut the desire thingy up.
