I've got screaming news for many ------------------ there's a LOT of fat french women - and, blokes
they have glorious foods here - but, they also have truckloads of crap.
If I didn't want to get pinged as a stalker - I would take some pics of people who are - shall we say - rather rotund
interesting how we view fat loss - as 'weight loss' - and, interesting in how we manage it -
one of those videos where the woman is saying to cut down on cream or whatever
well, yesterday - I 'started' using cream - I've dumped milk in coffee in favour of cream - you'll know why for Keto reasons - cream is really quite miles in front
I'll still use milk - but, only a very small portion in my protein mixes - but, I haven't been using them a lot lately - and, I now restrict the milk way down - but, I refuse to mix them with water - that's a no go area to me.
the absolute killers for me are sugar and alcohol
Alcohol being the more manageable of the two - sugar - you're buggered no matter which way you go -
but, at least with alcohol ------- if one really insisted on drinking - one could drink - and, just not eat - that'd work fine because the calories from alcohol are very very reluctant to go into storage.
but, the bod will be ecstatic at having alcohol in the system to run on at the time - then, anything at all going in one's gob - will instantly go to the storage pantry - the love handles, the apron, everywhere
if one WANTS to put on fat - it's so dreadfully easy -
drink alcohol - even a bit will do the trick - then, eat high fat, protein and carbs ------- and bang in a dessert -
one can count the kilos in every mouthful
I noticed someone on here recently who said that they'd stopped with the weightloss program because of injury - so, they were on a few beers for a couple of weeks or - something like that
to me----------- if one is on no grog ----------- and, one has the desire for grog -
one is far better off going with the mates (or having them over) -------- and having 400 or 500 beers one arvo or night ----------- and, that's it
as opposed to having 2 or 3 drinks each day ----------------- that's doom really ----------- one wastes probably 12 hours out of 24 in the diet game.
thankfully - I've found some tricks now that really work with the cravings problem ---------- for a low discipline person - that's really valuable -
all I need to learn now is some sort of discipline trick to exercise the upper body - bottom end is easy - top end - not so easy
