I think whoever designed us thought that we are supposed to look what we nowdays call 'skinny'
we now only think of 'skinny' as 'skinny' because our new normal is 'fat'
if one looks at several pictures of people - prior to 1960 and post -- say 2010
you will see 'stark' differences in body shapes
whilst there were many changes around 1960 - there was one MAJOR change which affected the diets of almost everyone in the western world -----
wheat changed - and, dramatically changed --------
whether it was wheat or lifestyles (the pill was invented - meaning a lot of stay a home mums stopped being mums and didn't stay home - so, instead of home cooking - the takeaway trade ramped up) ----
but, either way ------------- what we now call 'skinny' - was in fact - 'normal' and what we now call 'normal' - would - prior to 1960 - be called heavy or fat.
just google lots of pics.
here's some links -------------
oh, and cara - btw - 3 kg in one week??????????
if that's accurate - I'd be checking that out - and, I would be staying as far away from 'cakes' as possible ------ cakes are full of sugar --------- do you need to know what sugar does???
