yesterday - 2 things - I got back to stretching the distance a little and upping the pace - post ? cold or covid symptoms over xmas -- a tad over 27 km walking - did it very easy - but, I did 'feel' it a bit in the evening - could feel that my chest was saying that I've done something - which is unusual for anything sub 40km or so --------- so, I might take it easier for another week or 2 - stay sub 20
also - I weighed yesterday morning - found that I was about 1.4 kg heavier than the day I stopped keto - but, this morning - I was back to exactly the same weight as the day I finished keto
that's also unusual for me to vary by over 1kg a day - I don't think I was dehydrated on either morning. - Perhaps a scale stuffup
