Managed to keep my weight the same through Xmas, had one beer NY Eve and jumped straight back into it the next day, down to 121 now(not a heap of weight loss) but I've been doing heavy weights sessions as well as walking, so I woulda put some muscle on.
Had a bit of a break last 2 days for a burger and a few beers, gonna start again tomorrow and try carve another 3 or 4 off before a weekend away mid feb.
