    ..well done...keep going...exercise or just moving is king imo but not gym stuff ..walking swimming gardening... my partner is giving the keto a crack to lose a few kilos which she needs to.....that's why I only cook things like steamed pudding and fritters when I'm alone working in Tassie because shes not supposed eat that stuff along with chocolate etc....
