    two or three years ago, there were some threads on diet ... watso may have started one or two of them..

    watso first saw the last part of the following video - on tv -( when there was still channel 44 - community tv - in west australia).. and well worth watching .. watso calls it the NO DIET , DIET... the guy mentions ketones somewhere ..


    watso sort of waxes and wanes a bit with diet and exercise .. but with the exercise - it is a matter of how much .. yesterday it was only 4km walking and 12 km cycling - other days a lot more (watso does not have a car) ..

    anyway - it is not hard to cut out sugar from the diet - and also to cut out all inbetween meal snacks .. eg yesterday, watso only had two eating events .. the last at 4pm , and now it is almost 7am the next morning (ie this morning) .. the tummy is rumbling - and watso is going out for a while - so will probably have a good feed soon .. and after about 12 hours, the body goes into a state of autophagy - where the body starts to eat the rubbish in the system ...

    oh - watso has already been for a 4km walk this morning .. walking is good anyway - and a good way to start the day .... apparently it increases the metabolism for the rest of the day

    a guy got the 2016 nobel prize for his study of AUTOPHAGY .. the threads previously inlcuded plenty of good links in relation to diet ..
