    Hi, I used to work as a fitness trainer, and I used to write class programs and diet programs. From experience, I can recommend an option that will make you and your life easier. Eat 6-9 times a day in small portions and do not forget to exercise, you do not need to take any additional fat burners, they are very bad for the body, after you finish taking them, the body will gain weight very quickly, so I DO NOT recommend taking them. You have to work out from 2 hours a day of intense training, from 5 times a week. After a month of exercise, you will need to take a week off. After that, continue in the same way. You don't even have to do jogging, weightlifting will be enough for you, jump ropes replace jogging even better. I hope this information will be helpful to you.
