mmmm that is 4kg in one week... mmmm not sure if that is the way to go ... anyway - the early weight loss is mostly just fluids .. and of course - best to weigh yourself at the same time every day
several years ago watso was giving a bit of a commentary about his weight loss ... the strategy that watso had was to lose the weight via exercise .. lol lol and watso can easily drink 2 litres of full cream milk per day - as well as copious amounts of Port , and other fermented fruit ( mmm are grapes/apples fruits??) .. and grains
sadly, these days, the only exercise that watso gets - is if he is lucky, he can find his walking stick and struggle down to the commode... so watching what watso eats is more important than exercise ... mmm a sea food diet is tops... mmm see food and eat it ..
anyway - for what it is worth , watso got down to an acceptable weight, then took his eye off the ball - and jumped on the scales about a week ago - and it was time to go on a starvation diet - but making sure that when he ate, the food was super good ..
for what it is worth - but the great fatso watso, is naturally a big guy .. standard BMI stuff is meaningless
