those muscle fibres are there- they don’t go away and they remember.
I had an argument with my roller blades a while back. They won.
Walking upset my knee for a while , but I was still able to pedal long enough to keep the muscle good without upsetting the knee at all.
If in any concern with inflammation- I drink stinging nettle tea.
But I noticed numbers speaks about a spice he takes for knee inflammation
