Not sure where you guys are getting your info from but last yr's figures show DD earning around $72k. The half yr figures show salaries @ $55k (for DD + 2 directors).
The amount in the qtrly for admin $163k doesn't just cover salaries. Covers all manner of admin expenses rent, legal, accounting, insurance, travel etc, etc. and if they are stitching up a coal jv there will be a number of costs they have to cover.
Unlike most other coy's DD didn't give himself options either. So, doesn't look that bad.
