maybe he feels because he is not making the big bucks he can chill and let his beard grow without the grey hairs
I suggest that you give him a call and ask the hard questions
the problem is he is a director who is very hard to get hold off
and when you do get hold of him he has very little to say
don`t bother asking him about the properties
that is another story
I wish the top 20 shareholders group and vote him off the board
