difference betweek csg and ucg, page-16

I've attempted to speak to Dr Peter Stone personally (http://www.csiro.au/people/Peter.Stone.html) by calling
03 9545 2176 but no way it seems was my call to go through to him. Rather, I was connected to a "communicator". Correction, I was told I would be connected to a communicator. After a 5-6 minute wait whilst I was entertained with a lot of CSIRO propaganda I was eventually told that a "communicator" would return my call. I'm still waiting.

I recommend that as many as possible call CSIRO on 03 9545 2176 or 1300 363 400, mention the radio broadcast (audio link below) with the misleading/false information about UCG and enquire when CSIRO is intending to publish a correction.
