For the life of me - can't tell the difference between IMM-124E...

For the life of me - can't tell the difference between IMM-124E and Protectyn?
As Protectyn is described, it just sounds like it is 'made of' IMM-124E?
Is all the clinical trialling re NASH and pediatric NAFLD just to get a pharma version of Protectyn - so ie. in 2022 it gets prescribed in the megabillions market rather than being a virtually un-marketed OTC 'natural therapy' that really just does the same thing?
I was really trying to figure out why Protectyn is often not even mention in company's PR and presos, given my read of marketplace is that there's rising consumer interest in gut issues and gut-based (very scientific term) meds/therapies and colostrum
Anyway, I'm new to this and IMC - just found myself down a rabbit hole of googling, so if anyone has been on it a while and knows answer for me - much appreciated!
