I am not an accountant however I am aware that at times "normalised" NPAT is higher by quite a lot compared to NPAT, which I believe NPAT is usually the true reflection of net profit after tax. I am not sure that it is right to post normalised NPAT without also referring to actual NPAT. It could be viewed as a way of making the figures appear more healthy than they are. My understanding is there are a number of variables that can be applied to increase NNPAT.
I would like to see Neptune's NPAT not normalised NPAT and see any differences. If there are any accountants out there I am sure your comments and advise would assist.
